Your Facility Services assigns each site to a service supervisor who takes responsibility for the site and ensures that all specified work is up to the expectations of our clients. Our service supervisors are qualified and have previous, extensive experience within the industry and, and therefore understand the intimate needs of each client.
In addition to their daily work, our service supervisors will ensure each site is compliant in the areas of WH&S, Environmental Management and Human Resource Management. WH&S related training is provided to employees and subcontractors as required to ensure employees are able to perform their work in a competent and safe manner.
Records are kept of all training conducted for review and auditing to ensure the effectiveness of the training program and legislative compliance. All employees are required to comply with the necessary WH&S measures within the workplace. To assist in achieving these WH&S measures, the requirements are included in our Quality Assurance Reporting System Your facility Services have not been involved in any legal action relating to WH&S breaches, and are focused on maintaining our legal record.
To achieve a high standard in WH&S, we encourage our staff and clients to report any incidents or areas of concern to our WH&S officer. If this procedure is followed through, the WH&S officer will ensure that the incident or concern is recorded, actioned and rectified effectively. This proactive approach is in the best interest of our staff and clients safety.
